Tristan and Catella Establishes Industrial Investment Company

Finland — EPISO 6 property fund, managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and Catella Asset Management have launched a new company that invests in logistics and industrial properties in Finland. The company will mainly focus on sale-and-leaseback deals, speculative development projects and last mile logistics properties in Helsinki,Tampere and Turku regions. The minimum size of the acquired properties is 3,000 sqm

The new company has already completed two sale-and-leaseback transactions. In the Nummela area in Vihti, the company has bought a 27,100 sqm industrial and logistics property that is fully occupied by Martela.

Secondly, the company acquired a 19,000 sqm industrial property in Ylöjärvi from Tampereen Konepajat. The total price of the transactions amounted to EUR 31 million.
