“As an associate member of Public Housing Sweden, we look forward to further developing our property management through an exchange of experience and competency development, and also by sharing our experiences – above all in relation to sustainability and green solutions – with others,” says Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A.

One prerequisite for approval as an associate member was K2A’s social sustainability initiatives, since Public Housing Sweden requires that associate members play an active role in their local communities, strive to increase integration in their neighbourhoods and take part in social initiatives in the area.

“It is gratifying that K2A has chosen to join us as it owns and manages rental apartments and community service properties with a strong sustainability profile. Together, we can continue to safeguard and develop rental apartments in the long term, offering sustainable and affordable housing for everyone,” says Anders Nordstrand, CEO of Public Housing Sweden.
