Stendörren Fastigheter has acquired the industrial and warehouse properties Farverland 7 in Glostrup and Farum Gydevej 62 in Farum from private sellers. The total agreed property value amounts to DKK 50 million and the total lettable area amounts to 4,527 square meters. The properties are fully let to two tenants on longer contracts. After the acquisition, Stendörren's portfolio in the Copenhagen region consists of 9 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 31,000 square meters.
