The Danish Gambling Authority shuts down in Copenhagen and will move on November 1st to Odense Havn, where they rent 1,200 sqm. 60 people will move into the new office.
PFA Ejendomme owns the property and Colliers has been advisor to PFA.
In addition Danske Bank has rented 1,800 sqm in the same property.
