TK Development recently sold the shipping centre Broen in Esbjerg in Denmark to CapMan Real Estate. The company now announced that they will shift focus and concentrate on developing residences, manily in Copenhagen and Warsaw.

“Warsaw and Copenhagen both have a high residence demand which means that there is an opportunity for us as developers to implement some projects” Frede Clausen, President and CEO at TK Development says to Licitaionen.

TK Development now construct their first project with By og Havn and AP Pension. It is 120 condominiums amounting to 12,5000 sqm at Amerika Plads in Nordhavn in Copenhagen. More projects are on their way.
