Under the agreement, the contracting firm will be responsible for the construction of 300 rental apartments totaling 20,000 sqm. and 3000 sqm. commercial properties.

Construction of the 23,000 sqm. large buildings with 300 apartments and business commence as early as autumn 2016 and expected to be completed in just over two years.
