Corem and Alm Equity seals the Klövern-deal with Nrep

Sweden — The deal that was communicated on July 3 between Nrep and Corem Property Group, Alm Equity and Broskeppet Bostad was carried out on Thursday, according to two separate press releases from Corem and Alm Equity.

Nrep has acquired 51 percent of the shares in the housing company Klövern for SEK 2.5 billion, and added another SEK 1 billion via a targeted new issue.

The deal means a liquidity effect for Corem, amounting to SEK 1.4 billion. After the transaction, Corem's ownership stake in Klövern amounts to 17 percent.

Alm Equity receives SEK 0.7 billion in cash and reduces liabilities by SEK 0.6 billion. After the transaction, Alm Equity's ownership stake in Klövern amounts to 16 percent.
