At the same time, the Pharmacologists’ Pension fund purchases shares in DEAS Invest I, which means that DEAS Invest is now owned equally by Sampension KP Livforsikring, PKA and the Pharmacologists’ Pension fund.

The pharmacologists’ property portfolio consists of twelve residential properties, with 466 apartments, mainly in the Copenhagen region.

DEAS Invest I now own a total of 20 residential properties with 929 apartments.

“Properties are still an attractive investment for us, but we reach a larger risk spread and a more active management through making our properties a part of a larger portfolio. We also reached the conclusion that a collaboration with DEAS Invest I and DEAS Property Asset Management is the optimal solution to secure the optimization of the property portfolio”, says Peter Brache, Managing Director at the Pharmacologists Pension fund.
