The project comprises three main buildings of between five and seven stories that will house a total of about 600 workplaces and shared facilities, including a canteen, meeting rooms and technical installation areas, approximately 12,400 square meters in total. A basement and parking garage of approximately 7,000 square meters will be constructed below the buildings. NCC has also been commissioned to carry out landscaping work around the offices.

“Together with Selfinvest and the advisors who were involved in the process, we have created a beautiful and high-quality office building. We look forward to breaking ground at this unique location beside the Little Belt strait,” says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.

In conjunction with the project, attractive outdoor environments will be created in the surrounding area, including parking spaces, courtyards between buildings and walkways. The project is aiming to achieve DGNB Gold and DGNB Heart certification for the building.

Construction will begin in October and the new offices are scheduled for completion and ready for occupancy in spring 2026.

The project is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 630 million and the order will be registered in the NCC Building Nordics business area in the third quarter of 2023.
