Stena Fastigheter expands its stock in Stockholm through an acquisition in Norrbacka, Märsta, in Sigtuna municipality. The property Norrbacka 1:48 comprises approximately 30,000 square meters of rentable space distributed among 438 apartments. Entry takes place on 2 October 2023.
