"We have now reached a point where we can describe how Serneke Sverige and Serneke Invest will become two independent companies, as well as how this affects the organization. The starting point of the work has been to ensure that all the necessary competence is in place, while we do not must have more resources than necessary to be efficient and successful. We also adapt the business to the prevailing economic situation to create long-term strength and efficiency," says Victor Persson, CEO of Doxa and Serneke Group.

The now decided division of Serneke results in Serneke Group AB's group functions ceasing, which affects approximately 75 positions in total. Personnel from the support functions of Serneke Group AB are distributed between the contracting company (Serneke Sverige AB) and the property development company (Serneke Invest AB), which means that around 50 employees are offered employment in a new residence. About 25 positions will disappear through notice of termination due to lack of work. The relevant services are mainly located at Serneke's head office in Gothenburg.

Ola Serneke continues in his role as CEO of Serneke Invest and Mikael Hultqvist continues in his role as CEO of Serneke Sweden.

Union negotiations have begun regarding the organizational change. The new organizations apply after negotiations have been completed, tentatively from 1 November 2023.
