The investors in the acquiring company are Länsförsäkringar Kalmar County, IngaBritt and Arne Lundbergs research foundation, P&E Persson AB and a pension foundation.
 
Sveafastigheter Fund III purchased the property from Akademiska Hus in 2013. The Linné University wished to collect all their education facilities under one roof. Sveafastigheter immediately initiated a close cooperation with the Linnaeus University and Kalmar municipality, which after just a year resulted in a re-routing and finally a lease of approximately 23,000 sqm. The reconstruction and extension encompassed a total of approximately 19,000 sqm appropriate university facilities.
 
Pareto has this fall attracted a few institutional investors to carry on the development project.
