Danica Ejedomme is about to sell a large part of their office and retail portfolio for DKK 12 billion (EUR 1.6 billion). Notable objects in the portfolio are Lyngby Storcenter, City 2 in Høje-Taastrup, Frederiksberg Centret, Amager Center, Friis in Aalborg and City Vest in Aarhus.
Danica owns 570,000 sqm in total – spread over nine shopping centres in Greater Copenhagen, three in Zealand and four on Jutland.
”Of course there is a limit to how much exposure we can have within a single field, whether it’s office, residential or centers. Therefore we have make a running strategic review of our risk and adapt our portfolio continuously. But I will not comment on specific initiatives,” says Peter Mering to Inside Business.
