Charlotta Wallman Hörlin started at Intea in 2019 as operations manager and was appointed in February 2023 as the company's vice president. In her roles at the company, she has been responsible for organization, legal and regulatory compliance, as well as transactions and negotiations. She has also had a central role in most of the company's deals and projects. Before Charlotta Wallman Hörlin joined Intea, she was a lawyer and partner at Morris Law, general counsel and vice president at Nordisk Renting and a lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling.

Charlotta Wallman Hörlin replaces Henrik Lindekrantz, who is one of Intea's founders and major shareholders and has been the company's CEO since its inception in 2015. Henrik will continue to be active in the company in the role of strategic advisor and will also be proposed as a new board member to the annual general meeting in May next year.

"It feels very nice that Charlotta has accepted to succeed Henrik as the company's CEO. We have known Lotta well for several years and are convinced that she will continue to successfully lead and develop the company in the coming years. We are also very satisfied about having both the company's founders, Henrik and Christian, continue to be involved in the company as strategic advisors," says Caesar Åfors, Chairman of the Board of Intea.
