A new tenant is now confirmed for Logicenters facility in Kronoslätts logistics park. The sustainable insulation company Ekolution is expanding its operations by taking over 11,500 sqm in an existing property. The move will take place during the second half of 2024.

The nomination committee in Wihlborgs Fastigheter proposes before the annual general meeting on April 24 that the board consists of seven members. In addition to re-election of board members Anders Jarl, Jan Litborn, Amela Hodzic, Lennart Mauritzson, Anna Werntoft and Johan Röstin, re-election of Anneli Jansson, CEO of Humlegården Fastigheter AB is also proposed.

The nomination committee also proposes that Anders Jarl be re-elected as chairman of the board. Tina Andersson has declined re-election.

The nomination committee's other proposals for the annual general meeting in Wihlborgs will be stated in the notice to the annual general meeting that will be published in March 2024.
