Erik Hävermark is since 18 December 2023 business development manager and acting CEO at Sveafastigheter and was previously project development manager at SBB.

Martina Lous-Christensen, who was appointed as the new CFO, which was announced on 18 December 2023, has now also taken up her new role. Martina Lous-Christensen comes most recently from the role of Finance Director at Alma Property.
