The investment is an important step for Industriens Pension's in their continued strategic goal of building a large property portfolio with a focus on Aarhus and Copenhagen. Over the next few years Industry Pension plan to invest DKK 5 billion (EUR 672M) in Danish properties.
 
The property (Europahuset) has within the last years been fully developed by Capital Investment A/S on behalf of one of their foreign customers. CBRE was responsible for both the rental and sale of property.
 
The property (Europahuset) was purchased for a return of approximately 4.6 percent. The price is confidential.
