Sthlm HUB is a plot of land located opposite the Central Station at Vasagatan 12, wall to wall with Vasakronan's property Klara C and just a stone's throw from the company's other properties Pennfäktaren and Klara Zenit.

The building was originally constructed in 1967 and underwent a total renovation and upgrade between 2015-2017. The total leasable area amounts to approximately 6,000 square meters, most of which consists of offices.
