Doxa writes down the value of Serneke

Sweden — Doxa announces that the company will report a lower full-year result compared to what was previously communicated in the company's year-end communiqué for 2023.

The year's result for 2023 will be SEK 251 million lower. The adjustment is attributable to Doxa's shareholding in the portfolio company Serneke being written down. After the adjustment, the holding will be valued at SEK 1,513 million against the previously communicated SEK 1,764 million.

The change in valuation is explained by the fact that during January and February 2024, Serneke carried out several major sales within the project development business.

The group's result for 2023 amounts to just over SEK 292 million, compared to the previous SEK 543 million.

The change does not affect the cash flow.
