The entire building of 27,000 square meters is currently leased by Tamro AB, with a fully indexed lease with an annual rent of SEK 17.3m, which runs until 30 September 2027.
”The property is in very good condition and has great potential to be environmentally certified by, among other things, installing solar cells. There is also significant potential in utilizing existing building rights and build a large extension, which would increase the annual rent in the long term,” says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
The property is acquired through a corporate transaction with an agreed property value that amounts to SEK 268.5 million. The transaction is financed with own funds.
