Carl-Johan Collet will join Thylander as a Partner and take on responsibility for the strategic investment and asset management services for third party capital.

Together with Thylander’s existing team, Carl-Johan Collet will help the customers get the best property exposure, covering macro-trend driven strategies, acquisitions, asset management and financing. He will also focus on operator-driven property and platforms, joint ventures, and club deals.

At the end of 2023 Thylander focused its strategy on discretionary capital and strategic acquisition advisory. The company has raised capital for two funds (Build for Life og TG Partners VIII) and has the team and deal flow in place to deliver on its strategy, according to Thylander.
