Värdshuset 2 was acquired in 2012 on behalf of the Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund (SNREF). Over the course of 12 years the team has managed the asset to provide stable income and value growth for its investors. The successful divestment of Värdshuset 2 marks a significant milestone for SNREF, completing the business plan for the asset, solidifying performance and generating liquidity for its investors.
Moving forward, the fund team will remain focused on creating value within the existing portfolio and exploring future investment opportunities in the Nordic market. The divestment of Värdshuset 2 underscores the commitment of Schroders Capital’s real estate team to operational excellence, innovation, and execution capabilities, all aimed at delivering strong performance and timely liquidity for its clients.
