NCC Builds Odense’s Highest Building

Denmark — NCC will build the 17 story high TBT Tower as a part of Odense municipality’s large-scale city development “Fra gade til By”.<br />

TBT Tower is located on Thomas B. Thriges Gade and will encompass 10,700 sqm apartments.

“TBT Tower will be a new brand for Odense. We are very happy that this deal will give us the opportunity to contribute to the urban development project that is already underway in the city” says Nicolai Schultz, CEO at NCC Denmark.

Just below the building a parking garage is also planned with over 1,000 parking lots. The developer for the project is Togt with GPP arkitekter and Henneby Nielsen Rådgivende Ingeniørsfirma is the advisor. Advisor for NCC, the contractor for the project, is GPP Arkitekter.

The construction will start in June 2017 and is scheduled to be finished during the fall of 2018.
