SBB has extended a lease agreement with Hässleholm Municipality. The agreement covers an area of 5,385 sqm in the property Lille Mats 4, Kaptensgården, and spans a period of 15 years. The annual rental value for this agreement amounts to approximately SEK 8 million.
The property, Lille Mats 4, houses an elderly care home, Kaptensgården, for 50 residents. Renovations will be carried out gradually over the next three years to minimise disruptions for the residents and ensure that operations can continue as usual.
"We are very grateful for the continued trust from our tenants. Extending this agreement shows that our efforts with new leases and renegotiations are appreciated and that our management delivers high quality. Our aim is always to create long-term relationships with our tenants and ensure that their needs are met in the best possible way. This extension is proof of our commitment and ability to deliver value to our tenants," says Annika Ekström, Deputy CEO and Property Director at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
"We look forward to collaborating with SBB and are pleased to offer central housing for our elderly in Hässleholm. The housing will be renovated in conjunction with the new lease agreement to continue being an attractive residence during the upcoming rental period," says Mathias Bjäreborn, Unit Manager, Hässleholm Municipality.
SBB continues to focus on providing high-quality and well-managed properties for essential community services. Through continuous investments and improvements, SBB strives to create safe and sustainable environments for its tenants.
