Serneke Sverige AB is a well-established player in the Swedish construction market with revenues of approximately SEK 7.9 billion in 2023 and currently has 750 employees. The company has a diversified order backlog of construction projects within community properties and infrastructure, residential and commercial properties for both public and private clients. The business is divided into the three regions West, South and East with headquarters in Gothenburg.

Through the sale, Serneke Group is being refined into a project development business. The strategic review regarding the contracting activities of Serneke Group, which Doxa published on August 23, 2023, was thus concluded.
