On the acquired property in Kirsebergsstaden K-Fastigheter plans to construct close to 160 rental apartments in a Lateral Low rise house developed in accordance with the Groups concept. Expected yearly rental value amounts to about SEK 24 million. Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2024 and construction start is expected during the fourth quarter 2024. Estimated construction time amounts to about 24 months. The transaction is a share deal and is based on an underlying property value of about SEK 50 million.

 

Since before, K-Fastigheter has 272 apartments under management in Malmö. Through the acquisition of Skjutskontoret 3, the portfolio in Malmö is increased considerably.
