"Our expansion continues in full force with the majority of construction and sales starts, expanded management, acquisitions and brand work. In connection with expanding the company, we are also expanding the management team from five to eight people," says Rickard Langerfors, CEO at Klövern.

"It really feels good that we now have the entire management team in place. For me, it is important to have a broad mix of experiences, knowledge and personalities in order to achieve a dynamic future management of Klövern."

 

In his role as CFO and vice president, Mathias Wallestam has overall responsibility for economics, finance and investments. Mathias has been on Klövern's management team since the company was started in April 2022 and was then also head of business development. Before that, he was head of business development within Project Development at Corem Property Group.

 

Sofia Bredberg Hanser takes over the role of business development manager at Klövern. She comes most recently from the real estate investor and also Klövern's main owner Nrep, where she was a business developer. She has also worked as a business developer at SSM and before that as a business developer and project manager at HSB.

 

Annacarin Björne was previously head of communications at Balder. She also has consulting and line experience in brand development from businesses such as H&M and the Cancer Foundation.

 

Niklas Malmfors comes closest as CEO of Österling Bygg. He has previously worked in various leading roles in sales and housing at NCC and as office manager at the architectural firm Tengbomgruppen.

 

Anna-Karin Malmqvist was previously Head of Housing at the real estate company Genova Property Group. She has also worked as administrative manager for the Stockholm region at Wallenstam.
