Sweden — Wihlborgs is set to start construction on the next office project in Hyllie – Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). 16,000 sqm of modern office premises with a focus on people and the environment will be created a stone’s throw away from Hyllie station.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build three high-rises in Tikkurila in Vantaa City. The customer is the state tenancy apartment procurer A-Kruunu Oy and the contract is worth EUR 17 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to carry out an extensive renovation of apartments for rent for Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (HEKA) in Pihlajisto, Helsinki.

Sweden — From 2023 Oatly will lease 4,600 sqm in the property Gjuteriet (The Foundry) for their new headquarters. The property is owned by Varvsstaden, a JV between Balder and Peab.

Sweden — Today, October 19, 2020 Peab’s Board has summoned to an Extra General Meeting (EGM) November 12, 2020 to decide on its proposal to distribute all the shares in the wholly owned subsidiary Annehem Fastigheter. The intention is to list the B shares in Annehem Fastigheter on Nasdaq Stockholm in December 2020. The distribution corresponds to equity of around SEK 2 billion.

Sweden — In the spring of 2020 Peab’s acquisition of YIT’s paving and mineral aggregates operations in the Nordic region was finalized. As a result of the acquisition the importance of operations in Industry in the Group have grown at the same time Peab has increased its presence in Sweden, Norway and Finland and established itself in paving in Denmark.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build a new S-Market grocery store for Helsingin Osuuskauppa (HOK) Elanto in Klaukkala Center in Nurmijärvi.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to extend Pampus Port on Händel Island in Norrköping. The customer is Norrköpings Hamn AB and the contract is worth SEK 345 million.

Sweden — The customer is Arenabolaget i Ängelholm and the contract is worth SEK 228 million.

Sweden — The customer is Akademiska Hus and the contract is worth SEK 231 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 132 apartments for rent and about 900 sqm in space for rent in the center of Karlstad. The customer is Karlstads Bostads AB and the contract is worth MSEK.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build 137 apartments on Uuno Kailas Road 4 in Espoo for the Kojamo Group. The contract is worth EUR 15 million.

Finland — Peab has been comissioned to carry out an extensive apartment building renovation project for Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (HEKA) on Rusthollarintie 10 in Puotila in Helsinki. The contract is worth EUR 18 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 44 apartments in Sandefjord south of Oslo. The client is Conceptor Bolig.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build student housing and commercial space for Turun Ylioppilaskyläsäätiö in Turku. The contract is worth EUR 23 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 121 apartments in Söderport, in the center of Norrköping. The customer is Grundingen Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 145 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build a middle school for grades 7-9 in Irsta, Västerås. The customer is Västerås City and the contract is worth SEK 196 million.

Sweden — In addition to the ordinary dividend Peab’s Board has decided to propose an extra distribution of all the shares in a newly formed company holding Peab’s wholly owned, fully developed commercial properties to the Annual General Meeting.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build an office building and a hotel in Keilaniemi in Espoo, Finland, in Miestentie 5. The contract is worth EUR 38 million.

Finland — Kojamo's Lumo Kodit and Peab agree on the construction of 64 apartments in the seaside district of Sompasaari in Helsinki.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 64 apartments in Tønsberg in southeast Norway. The customer is Selvaag Bolig and the contract is worth NOK 103 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build a school for Jyväskylän Tilapalvelu on Sohlberg Street in Keljonkangas, Jyväskylä in Finland. The contract is worth EUR 16 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build apartments and commercial space at Aleksander Kielland Place in Oslo. The customer is Fredensborg Bolig and the contract is worth NOK 114 million (EUR 11.5 million).

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build a commercial building in Pukinmäki in Helsinki, Finland. The building will have a central location and easy access being close to the Pukinmäki railroad station and Ring 1. The customer is Helsingin Osuuskauppa Elanto and the contract is worth EUR 15 million.
