Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build a new swimming pool facility in Saltsjöbaden, south of Stockholm. The customer is Nacka Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 265 million.

Norway — Peab has signed a contract to acquire 90.4 percent of the shares in Arne Olav Lund A/S (AOL) based in Larvik. This acquisition reinforces Peab’s civil engineering business in Norway.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 84 homes in central Kungsbacka. The customer is Aranäs fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 182 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build a new elementary school in Meistervik in Balsfjord in Norway. The customer is Balsfjord Municipality and the contract is worth NOK 139 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build Haganäs School in Åstorp northeast of Helsingborg. The customer is Björnekulla Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 251 million.

Finland — Slättö and Peab establishes a joint venture for the development and management of newly produced green residential properties in Finland.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 30 apartments and eight terraced houses in Bekkestua. The customer is Hans Haslums vei Utvikling AS and the contract is worth NOK 150 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build homes in Tampere. The customer is Y-Säätiön M2-Kodit and the contract is worth over EUR 11 million.

Sweden — Peab has signed a contract to sell a rental apartment project worth SEK 280 million and commercial premises worth SEK 40 million in Borås to Vatne Property AS. The premises and rental apartments will be turned over in 2022 respectively 2024.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build homes and a parking garage in Tampere. The customer is X-Group Asunnot Oy and the contract is worth over EUR 10 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build the housing project Bankløkka in Indre Havn in Horten. The developer and general contractor is Conceptor Bolig AS and the contract is worth NOK 180 million.

Sweden — Peab has signed a contract for the acquisition of part of the property Stockholm Primus 1 on Lilla Essingen in Stockholm from Oscar Properties for an underlying property value of SEK 1,167 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build the new nursing home Tåsenhjemmet in Oslo. The customer is Oslobygg KF and the contract is worth NOK 446 million.
