Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 30 apartments and eight terraced houses in Bekkestua. The customer is Hans Haslums vei Utvikling AS and the contract is worth NOK 150 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build homes in Tampere. The customer is Y-Säätiön M2-Kodit and the contract is worth over EUR 11 million.

Sweden — Peab has signed a contract to sell a rental apartment project worth SEK 280 million and commercial premises worth SEK 40 million in Borås to Vatne Property AS. The premises and rental apartments will be turned over in 2022 respectively 2024.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build homes and a parking garage in Tampere. The customer is X-Group Asunnot Oy and the contract is worth over EUR 10 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build the housing project Bankløkka in Indre Havn in Horten. The developer and general contractor is Conceptor Bolig AS and the contract is worth NOK 180 million.

Sweden — Peab has signed a contract for the acquisition of part of the property Stockholm Primus 1 on Lilla Essingen in Stockholm from Oscar Properties for an underlying property value of SEK 1,167 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build the new nursing home Tåsenhjemmet in Oslo. The customer is Oslobygg KF and the contract is worth NOK 446 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build three apartment buildings with a total of 46 apartments at Osebakken in Porsgrunn. Also, the company has been commissioned to build a high school and vocational school in Tromsø.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 93 tenant-owner apartments in Librobäck in Uppsala Municipality. The customer is HSB Produktion i Uppsala HB and the contract is worth SEK 190 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 40 new apartments at Hjellevannet in Skien. The customer is Klosterfoss Utvikling and the contract is worth NOK 119 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in Vantaa. The customer is Sato-Rakennuttajat Oy and the contract is worth EUR 15 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build a new production plant for the food company Atria Oyj in Seinäjoki. The contract is worth EUR 24 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to rebuild and renovate the former prison in Härnösand. The customer is Intea Fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 157 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build apartments on Klemskvarteret in Kongsberg. The customer is Pilares Eiendom and the contract is worth NOK 120 million.

Norway — Peab company Swerock strengthens it operations in the Trøndelag area in central Norway through an agreement to acquire Frøseth AS, which works with paving and mineral aggregates. Included in the acquisition are 40 employees, nine quarries, an asphalt plant and modern machines and equipment.

Sweden — Skiab Invest AB, half-owned by Peab and SkiStar, has today signed contracts for the acquisition of three lodges with a property value of SEK 737 million and development rights worth SEK 305 million from SkiStar.

Sweden — Peab has today signed a contract for the sales of a logistics facility in Almnäs in Södertälje that Peab intends to build. The purchaser is Annehem Fastigheter and the underlying value of the property is SEK 96.5 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 183 rental apartments on Öster Mälarstrand in Västerås. The customer is Bostads AB Mimer and the contract is worth SEK 310 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build a middle school and two sports halls in Lundby on Hisingen in Gothenburg. The customer is the City of Gothenburg Property Management and the contract is worth SEK 517 million.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build a new car plant in Ålesund for Waagan Eiendom.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build a new race track facility at Fannrem in Orklands Municipality in Trøndelag. The customer is Leangentravets Eiendom and the contract is worth NOK 100 million.

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build an office building for Niam Oy on the Life Science Center block in Keilaniemi in Espoo. The contract is worth EUR 20 million.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build 182 student apartments in Lappskärsberget close to the University of Stockholm. The customer is Stockholms Studentbostäder and the contract is worth SEK 225 million.

Sweden — In order to promote continued value creation Peab’s executive management and Board have today adopted revised targets; everything from our mission, business concept and strategic targets to internal and external financial and non-financial targets. As of 2021 Peab will externally report the performance of the business by monitoring nine targets, of which three are financial.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is set to start construction on the next office project in Hyllie – Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). 16,000 sqm of modern office premises with a focus on people and the environment will be created a stone’s throw away from Hyllie station.
