The apartments in the Brf Normann will be between 32 to 122 m2 with one to five rooms and a kitchen, and all will have access to an elevator and parking. In addition to the 93 tenant-owner apartments there will be an apartment for overnight stays and four premises on the ground floor. The facade will be plastered.

“We’re proud to have been entrusted to build the final stage of the borough. As the Nordic Community Builder it feels good to participate in the development of Librobäck and simplify everyday life for people in Uppsala,” says Louise Strömbeck, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will start at the end of 2021 and occupation is planned for the second quarter 2024.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2021.
