Hemvist Bostadsfastigheter AB is a fully owned subsidiary of Kåpan, the Swedish Government employees pension fund, and the holder of Kåpan’s residential real estate investments.

The properties covered by the transaction was completed 2023 and consists of 380 residential units comprising 18,515 sqm and an additional 1,605 sqm commercial space. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 1,160 million (EUR 101 million).

The transaction will close in the first quarter 2025.
