At Østerport Station, Fokus Asset Management develops Østerport II. The new building of 17,000 square meters will replace the gray concrete building next to Østerport Station on Oslo Plads 2.
Construction work starts in May this year, and the house is expected to finish in the first half of 2019.
”With Østerport II we create the framework for the most attractive workplace in Denmark. The house is going to blend the future office building with a retail on the lower floors, as well as exciting architecture that integrates sustainable initiatives like solar cells and remote cooling, says Tonny Nielsen, CEO of Fokus Asset Management.
