SEB Ejendomme Sells 33,000 sqm Portfolio to Core

Denmark — SEB Ejendomme has sold 340 apartments totalling a lettable area of 33,000 sqm in northern Copenhagen to Core Property Management.<br />

The portfolio consists of Vejlesøparken in Holte, Bavnehøj Park in Værløse, Stadsporten in Hørsholm and Elmely in Farum.

“We have continuously monitored developments in the market and, together with our advisor, Catella Corporate Finance, decided to test the market for an attractive price for the portfolio in total sales to investors. This proved to be the case,” says SEB Ejendomme CEO Solveig Rannje.
