The property will consist of 84 units, divided into 50 apartments and 34 terraced houses and 56 parking spaces. Construction is underway and the property is completed in august of 2018.
 
The total area is about 9,000 square meters and the transaction value is approximately MDKK 270 (EUR 36M).
