The transaction was carried through as a company sale. Leimdörfer and Mannheimer Swartling were financial and legal advisors for Mengus in the transaction.
The purchases is Klövern.
“With this acquisition we further strengthen our position in Stockholm and acquire a number of new strong tenants” says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.

Private Equity firm Mengus’ first fund (Mengus 2005) sells the office property kv. Aprikosen 2, by Mengus named Solna Gate. The property encompasses approximately 35,000 sqm leasable area and is sold to Klövern at a underlying value of approximately SEK 1,2 billion (€130M).
