Heimstaden acquires the project Havnehusene in Horsens harbor from RHB Development APS. The property will be built a total of 94 apartments and an underground garage with 94 parking spaces. The property is scheduled to be completed for occupancy in Q1, in 2020.
“Horsens is one of Denmark's most expansive municipalities where the development of the harbour is now taking off. The municipality is skilled at mixing old and new in its urban development and the specific construction next to the harbour side is a unique location,” says Magnus Nordholm, deputy CEO of Heimstaden.
“We are pleased to be able to continue the good cooperation we have with RHB Development APS, who also builds the project Bjerglandsbyen in Copenhagen for us. The chemistry works and when the parties understand each other, it becomes smooth processes,” said Tom Rasmussen, Head of Asset Management at Heimstaden.
Gorrissen Federspiel has been Heimstaden’s advisor in the transaction.
