Ikano Sells to Trianon and Heimstaden

Sweden Sweden Ikano sells to Heimstaden and Trianon, which has signed an agreement to buy a property portfolio of a total of eight properties in Malmö and two properties in Lund. The portfolio comprises 388 apartments and a smaller number of commercial premises.

The total rentable area consists of approximately 95 percent housing. The transaction price is MSEK 712 (EUR 68.5M). Access is scheduled for 3 October.

Heimstad's acquisition comprises of four properties in Malmö and two properties in Lund, a total of approximately 217 apartments for MSEK 486 (EUR 46.8M).

Trianon's acquisition comprises four properties located in Norra and Södra Sofielund in Malmö, consisting of 171 apartments and a smaller number of premises with a total rentable area of approximately 13,400 square meters for MSEK 226 (EUR 21.7M).

Magnolia Sells to Slättö

Sweden Sweden Magnolia Bostad signed an agreement for the sale to Slättö of around 650 residences in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality. The value at completion is expected to amount to around EUR 113M.


Pelican Sells Five Plants in Sweden
