The project is a densification project in the central parts of the city and comprises 80 apartments, two smaller commercial areas and an underground garage.
The total area is approximately 8,000 sqm and the transaction value amounts to approximately MDKK 190. The transaction takes place through acquisitions of companies and is planned to be financed with own cash and mortgage financing.
"Roskilde as a city is in an expansive phase and we see this densification project as a very good addition to our portfolio. We are also pleased that together with KPC, a developer whom we have learned in recent years, come in earlier in the development process and actively contribute to the design and continue to develop the city together," says Magnus Nordholm, deputy CEO of Heimstaden.
