”The apartments meets the needs of many target groups, and the location is attractive, just a few minutes walk to Roskilde station. Roskilde is Denmark's 10th largest city and is a well-established retail and university city with an expected population growth of 6.4 percent until 2028, which is well above the national average. Compared with a moderate construction activity, we anticipate an increasing need for new housing in the area, both in the short and medium term,” says Henrik Olejasz Larsen, Sampension's Investment Director.

The seller is FB Gruppen.
