SBB Sells a Property to Alecta for MSEK 460

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) sells the property Mimer 7 in Stockholm to Alecta for MSEK 460, corresponding to a square meter price of SEK 67,597. The property contains 6,805 square meters of premises with a rental income of MSEK 14.6 and an estimated net operating income of MSEK 13.7. The closing will take place on 31 March 2020.
