6-7000 New Apartments On Amager

Denmark — The civic representation in Copenhagen approved three different construction projects on Amager, encompassing a total of 753,000 sqm housing, offices and retail spaces.<br />

The three projects are:

Faste Batteri on Batterigrunden. 125,000 sqm of housing, retail, culture and office spaces are planned there.
In southern Ørestad a new area is planned with 5,700 apartments and work places for 4,000 people. The building will encompass a total of 625,000 sqm.
3,000 sqm will be constructed at Sundbyöster Plats, in the form of retail spaces and housing. (News Øresund)
