Denmark — A joint venture between Danica Pension and DSB Ejendomme has been established, for the development of a plot to be part of Postbyen.

The development area is located next to the new Danske Bank headquarter on Carsten Nieburhs Gade at Kalvebod Brygge.

The development project of 26,800 square meters will include residential, office, retail and parking. A unique location at the old postal office ground and development project with a focus on urban living and integration of the neighbouring offices and activities.
