Finland — Paulo Foundation sells two care properties in the City of Espoo and in the City of Vantaa. The properties consist in total 41 client places. The buyers are a group of private investors.

The care properties have been built in 2006-2007 and they are on freehold sites. The properties are situated, for the use purpose, in a good, peaceful areas. The care properties consist of 41 elderly homes. The tenants in the properties are Mehiläinen and Attendo.

Catella acted as the financial advisor to the Paulo Foundation in the sales process.
