The agreed property value amounts to DKK 100.1 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 135 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 9,511 square meters. The property is fully let to a tenant on a lease that runs until June 1, 2027.

Access is expected to take place on 1 December 2021.
