Stendörren Enters Denmark – Acquires Logistics Property in Copenhagen

Denmark — Stendörren acquires the industrial property Pedersholmparken 10 and 13, Frederikssund from a private seller. This is Stendörren's first acquisition in the Copenhagen region.

The agreed property value amounts to DKK 100.1 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 135 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 9,511 square meters. The property is fully let to a tenant on a lease that runs until June 1, 2027.

“We are very pleased to be able to continue our expansion in new markets and this acquisition will be our first in the interesting Copenhagen region. We have been following the market for some time and see that there are attractive opportunities here that can contribute with good returns and value growth. The property has a good location, has development potential through associated building rights and is leased to a strong tenant on a longer lease,“ says Erik Ranje, CEO of Stendörren.

Access is expected to take place on 1 December 2021.
