The three properties built in 1930 and 1884 are located in Christianshavn, Copenhagen V and Österbro – all three of them popular areas in central Copenhagen. One of the properties has been designed by the famous Danish architects C.F. Møller and Kay Fisker.

Swedish Akelius has acquired three properties in central Copenhagen for the price of MDKK 321.5 (EUR 43M). Akelius plans to upgrade all of the apartments to First Class.
