Svensk Foodservice is a HoReCa (hotel, restaurant and catering) wholesaler and offers fruits, vegetables and dairy products. The lease is for 1,630 square metres and extends for six years.

 

GGB Fruit imports fruit and vegetables, and delivers to customers across all of Scandinavia, with a focus on the Swedish market. The lease is for 740 square metres and extends for six years.

 

The roof of Rubinen 1 (the Ruby 1) is equipped with solar panels, an advantage for the companies who have both refrigerated and freezer space.
