Nowaste Logistics is one of the leading logistics companies within third-party logistics in the Nordic region and specialises in automation, IT and leadership. The company already leases several Wihlborgs premises at different locations in Helsingborg. Occupancy will take place in March 2024 and the lease extends for four years.
The property Rubinen 1 (the Ruby 1) is a warehouse property with loading bay doors and space for trucks to drive through the warehouse. There are also two storeys of office space.
