SBB acquires four properties in Säter and twelve properties in Karlskrona from Klövern for MSEK 850 (EUR 88M). The properties in Säter has a lettable area of 44,000 sqm with a rental value of MSEK 37 (EUR 3.8M). Landstinget Dalarna is the largest tenant.
The Karlskrona properties has a lettable area of 57,000 sqm and a rental value of MSEK 64 (EUR 6.4M). The municipality of Karlskrona is the largest tenant.
“With this acquisition SBB enters a new region, which strengthens our ambition of being a property company in all of Sweden,” says SBB’s CEO Ilija Batljan.
SBB has also acquired a major portfolio of nine properties in Borlänge from Borlänge municipality for MSEK 750 (EUR 78M). The portfolio consists of 18,853 sqm residential and 31,163 sqm social properties.
“We are happy to expand further in Borlänge where this acquisition strengthens our position,” says Ilija Batljan.
