The transaction is a major milestone and among the largest single deals in Birch Ejendomme's history. It is the first time that Birch Ejendomme and Velkomn enter into an agreement on the purchase of housing projects.

The homes are spread over eight terraced house projects in Zealand and Jutland. All projects are located in attractive regional growth cities and located in scenic surroundings with easy access to transport, shopping and institutions. The eight projects have achieved or are set for DGNB Gold certification.
